Normally when they talk about lake fish, we remind recipes of larian tradition and not only, in wich fish was served whole. Those, certainly good, leave us the remember of lake fish as something “difficult” to eat, with fish-bones, head, tail, skin, all to take off, ( if you succeed ) to be able to eat something.
